Return Policy

We have designed a return/exchange policy that is free from complications.  

Don’t forget that if you want to return any product purchased on, your item must have the original security tag, label and mandatory to be returned in the same conditions as it was delivered to you by Zipker Online Services Private Limited. Any product that you are looking to return and showing signs of wear, tear, altered, resized or damaged anyhow shall not be accepted by for return/exchange.

The customer/buyer has to get back to Zipker customer care through email within 7 days of receipt of product. Zipker will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the Seller and the customer. Customer will have to send an image of product on email at [email protected]

Please note that Return/exchange will be only applicable for those products which you receive in "Damage, Defective or Broken" condition. The company will then look into the matter and will initiate a process of resolution between both of the parties (Seller and Buyer). In case of returning any item, buyers are requested to send a picture of the item to be returned by sending email at [email protected] 

If buyers return any received product, reserve rights to deduct shipping charges/gift wrap charges /convenience charges (if applicable) because all these charges are non-refundable. For hygienic reasons, return/exchange policy is not applicable to undergarments, swimsuits, lingerie, socks, beauty products, fragrances, furniture, CDs, books and pens. Please bear in mind, the rules of promotional offers may overrule regular returns policy of in some specific circumstances. Adding to this, shipping charges/convenience charges for any item being sold on are always non-refundable. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.

To return any purchased item, buyers are required to follow below mentioned steps-

  •  Write an email that should contain your order number, product that is supposed to be returned along with required bank details so that we can refund your due amount as soon as possible. Please make sure that provided bank details are error free or else will not be responsible in any manner.
  •  Soon after our executive will receive an email regarding any item to be returned, they will send you a mail by mentioning mailing address to that you can send back the product. Also, there will be date mentioned in email before that the concerned product should be dispatched.
  •  It is required to pack the item in its original packaging and seal it properly the way it was at the time of receiving. Don’t forget to use bubble wrap to be sure that the item doesn't get damaged while shipping.
  •  Once the product has been shipped by you to the mentioned mailing address, send us an email at [email protected] along with the tracking number. In absence of tracking number, we will not be able to track the returned item and could be lost in transit.
  •  Once we will receive the product and our sellers will approve it free from any defect, your due amount will be credited to your provided bank account as mentioned above.



We refund your amount once our sellers notify us the receipt of the item received from you. Just bear in mind that the purchased product by you on are required to be returned directly to our sellers only. As soon as sellers let us know the receipt of the returned product, we credit the due amount back in your account within 15 business days (except Saturdays, Sundays as well as Bank Holidays).

In case payment has been made through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking, your amount will be refunded in the same account which you had used while making payment for the same order.

In the case of Cash on delivery (COD), use NEFT bank transfer to your bank account. Once the item has been returned successfully, our executives will contact you in this regard and will ask you for your bank account details so that you can receive your spent money without any delay. Generally, it takes 7-10 working days to receive your money in your provided bank account. Moreover, you also have option to get the due amount refunded in Zipker Cash that can be used to purchase any product from our website without any complication.

Do I need to return free gift also that was received with the same product while returning any product?

Undoubtedly, free gifts are always offered as part of the product in order to promote and you are requested to return free gift along with the actual product to be returned.

Am I allowed to return part of my order?

Yes, you can very well return an item level if you have ordered several products, you can return a partial quantity out of your entire order.


Shopping is undoubtedly fun if you are satisfied with all the items you purchase and it really becomes more excited if you are provided with hassle free Return/Exchange" policy for "7 days of receipt of product. Zipker Online Services Private Limited do not accept return/exchange for the below mentioned items-

  1. Undergarments, Lingerie
  2. Beauty products, Fragrances
  3. Swimsuits and Socks
  4. Pendants, Necklaces, Anklets, Bracelets, Brooches, Rings, Bangles and Earrings.
  5. Watches

What product can I Exchange?                                

Zipker Online Services Private Limited allow you to exchange on the items including apparel and accessories, where a trial is needed to confirm if the fit is right according to the buyer’s expectations. You can very well exchange a purchased product for buying the same one in the size or color of your choice.

Hope, you understand our point that the item can be used for trial purpose only and not for using actually, washing, ironing or tampering in any manner. Moreover, it can be exchanged only if price tag, label, original packing and invoice will be attached along with the originally bought product.

How long it may take to get back the exchanged item/product?

We dispatch the exchanged item soon after the returned product is approved in the process of Product Inspection. In case of any delay due to any reason, our customer care team will keep you updated via telephonic or email.

Can I order several products in exchange for a single item?

Of course, you are allowed to order as many items as you want in exchange of a single product, but the condition in this case is that the total amount of the exchanged item should be either equal or more as compared to the price of the returned items.

Important Note: Certain categories and products/items sold by Zipker Partners do not come under exchange policy.
